Concrete wall hook in the shape of a hexagon. These hooks are flat and they're elevated from the wall by means of a special steel nut/bar (included) as pictured. This nut is about 10-12mm. The fixing consists of a 4mm (occasionally 5mm) screw, which is about 40mm long with the steel "spacer" & a concrete wall plug.
