Processing times and the fulfilment of orders

All items are handmade to order unless there is overstock. Due to the huge variety of colours available, items are always painted to order. We take utmost care to deliver products of quality ad finished to the best standard. For this reason, depending on the volume and size of orders, processing time might take from 3 to 14 days. Bestselling round knobs (27mm, 40mm & 56mm) are usually shipped within 3-5 working days.

 

 

Shipping

All items are currently shipped with An Post with an exception of large and heavy parcels, which would be posted via courier such as GLS, DPD or FedEx. Orders are shipped on the basis of their weight and the final cost is calculated at checkout.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

European Union:

Should you wish to exchange or return your item, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receipt. When we authorize the return, please post the item within the next 7 days. Although you do not have to provide a reason, we welcome feedback. We cannot refund shipping costs. We take extra care and effort to have your order delivered to the highest standard possible, however should you find fault with your item, please contact us immediately. We always endeavour to solve any issues which may have arisen, which includes free replacements. In a case where the customer chooses the refund, the total amount paid will be refunded.

 

The Rest of the World:

We regret we cannot offer exchanges or returns as all items are custom made to order. We take extra care and effort to have your order delivered to the highest standard possible, however should you find fault with your item, please contact us immediately. We always endeavour to solve any issues which may have arisen, which includes free replacements. In a case where there was a fault with the item and the customer chooses the refund, the total amount paid will be refunded.
